- Medical - For medical emergencies, you can contact Rice Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) at (713)348-6000 or call 911.
- Fire - In the event of fire and/or the alarm goes off at the facility you must evacuate the building immediately and call 911, and RUPD at (713) 348-6000.
- Emergency after office hours - For maintenance emergencies (water leak, air conditioning problem, electricity problems, etc.), lock-outs and late-night move-in please call the on-call phone number: (713) 376-1989
