Minimum Requirements for On-Campus Housing

Groups must be on-campus for a minimum of four days (three nights) in order to utilize on-campus housing. Stays of less than three nights will be considered for large groups only and will include additional charges.

Check-Ins and Check-Outs

Check-ins to conference housing occur from 3pm – 6pm daily and check-outs are available from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. Check-in and check-out locations are generally in the Commons closest to the dorm your group will be staying in. For groups smaller than 25, check-ins and check-outs will occur in the Housing and Dining Main Office. Participants who need to check-in or check-out at a different time from the rest of their group will need to arrange this with their conference coordinator. Due to our busy conference season, early check-ins or late check-outs are generally not available. However, in some cases this may be arranged for an additional fee of $10 per room.

Classrooms may be available for reservation and use through the Registrar’s Office, depending on the time frame desired. Standard rates for classroom vary per room.
