Their responses reflect a consistent sense of connection, collaboration, and support across Graduate Housing. RAs shared that they felt well-integrated within their communities, confident in their ability to assist residents, and appreciative of the teamwork that shaped their experience.
Many RAs emphasized how much they valued working closely with fellow assistants and staff members, building relationships with residents, and contributing to a welcoming environment. We are grateful for the dedication of our RAs and look forward to supporting future teams as they help our residents thrive at Rice.
